We currently offer shipping across India. International shipping is not available at the moment.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A nominal charge may apply for COD orders.

Orders below ₹999: A standard shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation.

Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.

You can track your order in real time using the provided tracking ID.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

COD is available for select pin codes.

Our delivery partner may verify your order via call/SMS before dispatching.

Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

6. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing them.

Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return after receiving the item (refer to our Return Policy).

7. Undelivered Orders

If your order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, phone number, or non-availability, it will be returned to us. In such cases:

We will attempt re-delivery (additional charges may apply).

If the customer is unresponsive, a refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed.
